This is a great bundle that truly can be used individually or together year round! To create this look you simply add a small amount of Luster to a tiny shot glass or food palette. Mix with Color Flow. For splatter you’ll want it to be thicker but still watery enough to splatter. Dip & tap fan brush in liquid, flick your wrist or run gloved finger over bristles to “splatter”.
